Please try on all items with caution.

Please note that we only accept items that are

  • Are unworn and show no signs of use.
  • In the same pristine condition in which the item was received.
  • No staining (makeup, fake tan etc).
  • Must have all original tags attached.
  • No odours, not fragranced.

If for any reason, we believe any of your returned items have been damaged, worn, stained, washed, etc, your return will be instantly refused.

All returned goods are thoroughly and fairly examined.

EXCHANGES 

Please note all exchanges follow the same process as returns.

How to Request an Exchange 

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team via our live chat.
Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you’d like to receive in exchange.

Exchange Process 
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return address if applicable.

Return the item to us using your own preferred shipping method.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement item.

If you’re returning an item for an exchange, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

The fastest way to exchange an item would be to re-order your desired item and refund your initial purchase.

WHAT DO I INCLUDE IN MY RETURN?

Please include the name used when placing the order and the order number inside the parcel.

Return fees are covered by the customer, we recommend keeping proof of postage as we take no responsibility if your parcel is lost in transit.

In this circumstance unfortunately no refund will be issued without us receiving the returned products.

Our returns policy window is 14 days. Please ensure to return your parcel within this time frame. Unfortunately once the 14 day window has passed we cannot accept your return.

All refunds will be issued via Shopify and the amount will be processed back into the original card used when placing your order. 

Non-Eligible Items
Some items, such as pre orders, sale items, personalized products, swimwear and accessories are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
